How to check your version

How to fix it
- Open Settings > General > Software Update.
- Tap Update Now (or Download and Install).
- Enter your passcode if asked, then wait for the download and install. Your phone will restart.
- Open Settings > General > About and check that the version is 27.2 or 26.7.2 (or newer).
